Jesse H came to do maintenance on my air conditioner on June 7, 2021. Not only did he do a fantastic job but he took the time to explain everything that he did to the unit.

Just wanted to put a shout out for Eric and Geoff for an outstanding installation job today. They arrived on time, protected all the flooring with matting due to the snow that was falling, removed all the old equipment, and installed everything within 4 hours. Great job guy's!
Also need to acknowledge Brendan our Residential Sales Consultant who visited with us the week before and on the same day his Service Technician Chris put in a call to him. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We went from having our annual furnace inspection completed by Chris to ordering a new system including a Water Heater all within 5 hours.
We have been a customer of Service Experts for over 20 years and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch HVAC Service/ Installation company.

Jesse performed our annual furnace checkup. He arrived within the expected window. Jesse is a very courteous and knowledgeable technician. He completed his inspection in a reasonable time frame. He pointed out a couple of areas that should be addressed to ensure our safe and efficient operation. I definitely recommend Service Experts and Jesse in particular.

Met Toby regarding purchase of furnace & air conditioner. I was so impressed with the information provided about what was needed to service my home. I have never experienced service of this caliber. Toby explained the difference between what was currently in the home and what Service Experts would provide. His follow up contact once the equipment was installed was excellent.

The install was done by Eric and Jesse on June 15, 2019. What a great team - they were cheerful, polite and courteous, knew what had to be done, gave me explanations when questions were asked. They were the best installers I have ever encountered!

March 16,2020 - Annual furnace tune-up Service was done by Jesse . He was friendly and polite and provided complete explanations for all my questions.
