I just want to thank you for the quick delivery on my order Friday.
I am sure once a person gets use to ordering drywall online it will make the process easier and the delivery guys provided great service on site.

We were very pleased with the service and product provided by 1-800 Drywall. Previously, I have always picked up and hauled my own drywall and insulation materials. It was well worth the extra cost included in the price of product, The staff from the reception to the delivery crew were very courteous and customer oriented. The delivery crew was prompt and saved me a considerable amount of time by carrying the product right into the house and putting it wherever I wanted the product before installation. I would definitely recommend and use 1-800 Drywall again.

It is refreshing to know that we actually still find construction material suppliers who take pride in what they are doing and who will advise the customer if something is either back ordered or not available. We live in a townhouse that has a difficult to access walkout basement. I was impressed when on the initial call Roy used Google Earth to figure out a plan for his delivery team. When the team arrived their truck boom would not quite reach to the bottom of a steep snow covered hill. Instead of bailing on the job the delivery guys simply unloaded mid hill and carefully carried all the
drywall to our basement 3 doors down. No complaining, These guys are real pros.

After a few phone calls with the supplier and taking a few measurements, we determined that the longer sheets of drywall would fit down the stairs into the basement. The drywall was delivered and placed where we wanted it. A job well done. Thank you 1-800 Drywall.

There was a point there where the delivery appeared to be in jeopardy, but your team pulled it together, and your crew was there later in the day and were done by around 6:30, so we were able to have our crews in and working on the weekend as planned.
Just to let you know, your crew was very good.
It was a basement delivery with a switch-back on the landing, and they took a lot of care as to not hit walls within the house with their guides and threshold guards. Overall they did a nice job,
