delivery of drywall to basement

We live in a townhouse that has a difficult to access walkout basement. I was impressed when on the initial call Roy used Google Earth to figure out a plan for his delivery team. When the team arrived their truck boom would not quite reach to the bottom of a steep snow covered hill. Instead of bailing on the job the delivery guys simply unloaded mid hill and carefully carried all the
drywall to our basement 3 doors down. No complaining, These guys are real pros.
