Waterloo Appliance Service arrived at my home to repair our Front Loading Washer. Anticipating the worst case scenario. Has happy to know only minimal repairs needed to be done. Technician Jason V was curtious and professional.

Very impressed with the service from Waterloo Appliance! They came recommended by Jonas TV & Appliance when I inquired into a trusted, local appliance repair company. I appreciate the follow up Waterloo Appliance provided when I was trying to coordinate an appointment. The service technician (Brendan) was on time, polite and addressed the repair issues. I will highly recommend Waterloo Appliance to family and friends.

Jason V. is my new hero! He diagnosed and repaired the broken part on my washer all in under 30 mins. From the initial request to next day service, all were handled with courtesy and speed. I will recommend Waterloo Appliance Service to friends and family. Thanks!

Had compressor replaced under Frigidaire warranty by a technician named Brendan from waterloo appliance service. very pleased with punctuality of service appointments as well as workmanship and efficiency of the work done. So far so good, fridge runs quiet now, as it should thanks Brendan!

When my dryer broke down, I did some research and determined it had something to do with the switches on the console. Google brought me to Waterloo Appliances Parts and Service.
An e-mail exchange with P & S guy, Andrew, resulted in speedy ordering and acquiring of the parts I needed. Andrew called to advise me when they came in the next day! My husband picked them up, and I was good to go - except the timers turned out not to be the problem.
Using pliers to manipulate the timer, I was able to do the piled up laundry I now had, but I had a cracked knob that was preventing the timer from being set and another cracked knob on the starter.

A quick e-mail to Andrew, resulted in another speedy reply and next-day delivery.

I am most impressed with Andrew's diligence, helpfulness and friendly manner both in e-mail exchanges and on the phone.

I would recommend Waterloo Appliance, Parts and Service (and particularly Andrew) to anyone in need of help with their household machines' parts.

Called Tuesday, they were able to come Thursday. Dryer was repaired in no time so I inquired if they fixed stoves. Just my luck - they do that too! Jason V was professional, knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. Price for the two repairs was very reasonable. Thank you Waterloo Appliance Service.

Samsung dishwasher broke. The door lock and high temperature sensor (I figured this based on the blinking lights code). Called the Goemans customer service which contracted Waterloo Appliance Service, sent Rob to evaluate the work. They got back to me a week later and Rob came and fixed it. I didn't need to pay since the extended warranty covered all the parts and labor. Awesome job!

Wow. Really happy with the service I have had from them. I have now used them 3 separate times and always great service. First is when my fridge died and I called sears, it was going to be ~2 week wait and over 100 for the service call and had to wait 10 mins to get the call answered. Called Waterloo Appliance, then came the next day. They quoted what it would be to fix and they fixed it. Needless to say when the dishwasher started to leak and the dryer stopped heating, I called them first. The dryer, the were even able to come the day I called and had the part to fix it with them!!!

Jason is an excellent technician. Friendly, very knowledgable and prompt. Company great to deal with in all regards. Solved complicated and hidden problem with admired expertise. Use this company first.

Great service and friendly as always. When we purchased out house, it came with the gas range and we had at serviced by Waterloo Appliance Service in 2010. Recently our door handle came loose and we called them and they came over promptly and fixed it. Jason V did a great job. Great service and at a great price. Got them on my file and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks once again.
