Waterloo Appliance Service

We have used Waterloo Appliance many times throughout the years for multiple appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, range). Chris has always been extremely professional and honest with each visit. I would recommend Waterloo Appliance for all appliance repairs, the service is exceptional!

I had a problem with Samsung microwave, and Samsung arranged a service call with Waterloo Appliance Service. The technician (Chris) arrived on time and preformed the repair (replaced door) very quickly (<30 min) and professionally. Chris was also extremely personable and between our conversation, I even forgot he was repairing the microwave at all. Excellent service that you don't see very often. The entire experience from Samsung to Waterloo Appliance was quick and seamless and I would not hesitate on using their services again or recommending them to my friends. Wanna give a big shout out to Chris for fixin my oven. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and promptly fixed it :). I will recommend family n friends for such fine service.

Jason was scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 3/14. He called on New Years Eve afternoon to see if we were available for him to stop by. Quite happy with the service, and the ability of the service staff to offer quicker appointments if possible! Already have 3 loads of laundry out of the way, and the dryer works great again - before he was even supposed to arrive. Thanks Jason.

Recently had Joe repair my range and he found a bunt wire that was causing it not to turn on the bake element. He was very prompt and polite. I was pleased with the service and would call your company again. Not to mention all the other advise on using my other appliances, was very helpfull . Charlene

I Recently had a problem with a stove element. Went to Waterloo Appliance to order part. They had part in stock. Great service and friendly staff. Will definitely return in the future.

My oven broke, so I called Waterloo Appliance and they were out the next day. My bake event was was burnt, the technician Jason was very quick to get one from his van and have it fixed in no time. The whole repair was under $200.

I had a problem with my fridge and called Waterloo appliance. they were able to send a technician out the same day, which saved all my food in my fridge and freezer! Awesome service and will call them any time I have an issue with any of my appliances!!

I had a problem with water appearing in my crisper bins inside my fridge compartment I had Joe the tech from Waterloo Appliance Service out to take a look at the issue. Joe quickly located the source of the problem and repaired it and advising me that I have a 90 day parts and labour which comforts me. I would also like to thank the office crew who listened to my problems and dispatched Joe out they were polite and courteous keeping me informed on the service appointment. Paying debit from my house was also nice :)

Our oven stopped working on Christmas eve. Waterloo Appliances came in to replace the ignitor at the time they were scheduled. Repaired the oven with 20 minutes. We want to thank Lily for scheduling and Robert Vale for his professional work. Saved our Christmas!
