Mike came over and immediately noticed the problem with my a/c coil. He was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. More to the point, he was very honest and direct in our discussions, even when his first assessment turned out to be wrong and actually involved much less work than he had first thought. One repair guy I used tried to stick me with unnecessary work. Not Mike. It's good to find a tech you can trust.

Thermaltecs ( Mr. Michael Clemens) provided a great price and excellent service. Mr. Michael Clemens did a good clean up job after the installation and removed the old parts. I would recommend Thermaltechs to any one requiring a great Heating and Air Conditioning contractor.

During our recent heat wave, we called Mike because our air conditioning was not keeping up with the demand. He was able to provide us with very quick and efficient service. We are very pleased to have found an honest, knowledgeable and reliable technician to service our air conditioning and will not hesitate to call on him for our heating and air conditioning service needs. Without getting in to all the details here, we had a poor experience with another company that proved to us that Mike provides HONEST service. I'd give 9.5 but we need whole numbers . I take half a point off beacuse we had and appointment but Mike had to come the next day and I have to sleep in the heat. But good thing he came the next morning. Courteous and honest, would recommend. But if you need same day service, he might not be avalible and he will tell you to call someone else instead.

Last week my A/C condensation drain clogged and water started to pool above my furnace. I immediately searched online, found ThermalTechs Heating and Air Conditioning on the HomeStar website and called for help. Mike from ThermalTech came to the rescue, fixed my drain the same day so my furnace below didn't get water damage; great quality work. I recently renovated the inside of my home over the last year and now have started on the outside of home with regards to utlilizing an existing gas line in my home in order to have a gas barbeque setup. Needless to say I am overwhelmed of the process of contacting and organizing various home services after all renovations but was compelled to write a positive review for Thermal Techs Heating and Air conditioning as the technician I dealt with was fantastic and the overall process was so easily and quickly handled. I had an old gas exisitng gas line in my home that I had never used after pruchasing. I have no general knowledge about home gas lines and or heating and air conditioing all toghether so was a bit nervous about trying to have gas line worked on in order to have BBQ attached. An issue that worried me was that there was an old, rusted BBQ attached to a 4ft high old gas line sticking out of the ground. Michael Clemons the technician that came to do the work from Thermal Tech quickly assessed the line to ensure everything was in safe order. From there he clearly explained best way to proceed to remove old gas line and BBQ along with steps involved to set up new line and BBQ. His quote was much less than anticipated and for all the work I witnessed him do he was done in less than 2 hours! There were numerous things I wouldnt even have considered that had to be done which Michael did such as paint the new fitted gas lines to avoid rust, move the old gas line so that it would be in a more efficient positon to better line up with new BBQ.
For a process that I was very anxouis about and was worried about potential issues, Michael Clemons from Thermal Tech assured me right away that he knew exaclty what had to be done and worked proving he had done this a million times. After all renovations and services I have have done previously this was by far the best service provided. I have now been enjoying my gas BBQ constantly with no issues at all. Mike came by when my furnace stopped working about two months ago. The problem, after the diagnostics,was a pressure switch. He was able to change it within an hour and our heat was back up and running. We were extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism so we signed up on his maintenance plan and got a discount on all future repairs.
He just came by to maintain our ac and when he was running a little late he called us in advance to let is know, which the majority of trades Ive dealt with in the past just show up late. He is very professional and courteous and I highly recommended him to all my family and friends now so when he asked me to write him a review I was more than happy to do so.
