Hardwood Giant

We bought new wood flooring from Burlington store. Shaik was most helpful in assisting with selection and setting up the installation. Dan and Wayne did a great job installing the flooring and explaining how they were doing it. We had a minor misunderstanding when returning some unneeded product buit that was rectified with Shaik's assistance,

I was driving down Fairview Street in Burlington one day and I caught the slogan "hardwood for soft prices" which I thought was pretty catchy. I was impressed by the selection in their showroom and their competitive pricing. A.J., our sales rep, was great to deal with and very accommodating to our schedule. I would definitely recommend Hardwood Giant to anyone looking for flooring!

We ordered from the Burlington store.3 men came on time and moved heavy furniture from living room and dining room,and removed old broadloom , They were polite and completed work in 1 day. The foor is beautiful. the transition piece was matched perfectly to the red oak floor and screwed down to the concrete with colour matched screws as we asked. I purchased hardwood flooring from Hardwood Giant last year and had it installed this past week. Shaik was the salesperson who sold the flooring to me. He was helpful, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process (from purchase to installation). I appreciated his knowledgeable and honest guidance. I highly recommend Shaik as a reliable and trustworthy sales associate. Additionally, the installers were skilled and professional. Moreover, they thoroughly cleaned up after the installation.

I bought 53 boxes of Laminate wood and Under pad and had to return some boxes. Shaik is honest, understanding salesperson. He was very helpful in coordinating the purchase and return of the boxes. I would not have been able to complete the transactions without his help. The product is also excellent.

I purchased flooring and stairs from the Mississauga location. Despite some misunderstandings early on, the sales rep Shaik was able to resolve all issues in a professional manner.

The flooring quality was excellent and the price of the flooring and stairs was reasonable. The flooring and stairs were done over the course of 4 days. The flooring installers worked quickly and efficient but did leave a lot of dust/debris as they cut in the house. The stair installers were excellent and delivered an amazing finished product. I did require some touch ups on the trim which was accommodated at no additional cost thanks to the sales rep Shaik tireless effort.

I would recommend Hardwood Giant to others and would point them towards Shaik the sales rep to ensure that you receive professional customer service on delivering a flooring project on time, on quality and most importantly on budget.

The product is good and the sale representative Shaik is very nice and helpful. He helped us solve all kinds of problems which caused by other people in the company. I would definitely give him personally 10+. But the company gave us headache and stress!! Won't recommend installation service as well. The crew cut material inside the bedroom, left great deal of dust behind.

We have contracted Hardwood Giant for supply & install Red Oak hardwood in our main floor & upper floor and laminate in our basement. All the works carried out in a best possible way within the time limit. We are fully satisfied with the Sales person Sheik and the Installer Pal, both are very knowledgeable in what they were doing. Sheik is very friendly and warm!!! The company as whole made me to realize that they fully justified the cost they charged us for our project. We can surely recommend them. Kudos to Sheik & Pal and the entire team.

Very happy with the service at Hardwood Giant. The salesperson Shaik was very helpful and informative, not to mention extremely friendly! The install went very quickly and I am very pleased with the result. Great floors, great quality and friendly staff. 10/10 !!

I bought 12 boxes and then an additional 10 boxes, as the quality and appearance were very good. I had to return 4 boxes and the sales person, Shaik, was extremely helpful. He stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule and went beyond his duties to help me. I will definitely recommend Hardwood Giant to my friends and family.
