Hello Cameron, thank you for taking the time to write a review of your project. I'm happy to hear that everything is as you expected now. However, it is our goal to complete everything properly the first time and obviously this was not your experience. Please accept our apology. Mistakes do happen and all we can do is promise to work with our clients until they are satisfied. In this case, I was informed that as they were finishing the last window, late in the day, it began to rain heavily. They applied white silicone temporarily until we could return on a dry day. We would have been back immediately the following day but of course silicone needs to dry before we can remove it and re-apply. This is why we did not return for three days.
