Ls Kitchen Specialist

We engaged Lee for designing the kitchen. His input wasn't helpful as at the end we found there was no value added to more than what we had planned and designed in mind. I won't recommend for kitchen design as you could do better yourself. Don't waste your time and money.

This is the second time I have used Lee and he has proven to be worth every penny. His installation is neat, professional and has an added personal touch that you won't get with other installers. I would not hesitate to use him again and I would put my name to him any day.

I called a few well rated Ikea kitchen installers and decided on Lee. He was quite in his responses and committed to a timeline. Everything went smoothly and the kitchen looks great after I installed quartz countertops to finish the look.

You can't go wrong with Lee.

I found Lee through a homestars search as we were looking to replace our old kitchen cabinets with ones from Ikea but had anxiety about the whole purchase and install process. Lee definitely took away any anxieties we had. He came up with a design that fit our layout perfectly. He was very patient and aslo took into consideration our ideas and lifestyle. The purchase process was fairly easy as Lee setup our ikea kitchen planner account and shopping list. He also took care of the install. Unfortunately some of our ikea materials were either damaged or incorrect which is Ikea's fault and not Lee. This did mean though that I had to make several trips to ikea on the day of install to return items or buy new ones. Overall the kitchen came out great and Lee's crew worked faster and better than our general contractor (we were doing a full ground floor reno).

We installed the sektion kitchen in white along with a large peninsula and pantry in grey. I have and will continue to recommend LS Kitchen Specialist. He did work for a coworker of mine which I've seen first hand and looks great!

This crew is an exception rather than a rule. I wish all contractors were so diligent, precise and trustworthy. Our project involved the complete re-design, flooring, plumbing, electrical, etc. Everybody can assemble IKEA cabinets. These guys go far beyond that: all sorts of custom elements bring the components together nicely. Lee is a one stop shop: no need to coordinate among multiple contractors! People come in and out, right on time, no delays, no gaps (except when you need to wait for the concrete to dry up). Another thing about them is that there were no surprises in terms of the budget. The final cost was exactly as quoted. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone. Great work guys!

Decided to install an IKEA kitchen this past summer. Decided to go with Lee based on his experience and ratings on homestars. He provided an excellent design based on our request. He also provided some custom changes to get everything to fit, including the over fridge cabinet, wine rack, island and toe kick. FYI
The installation was performed per the agreed schedule and with the timeframe - which was just over 2 day.
Most importantly, the kitchen looks incredible. It actually looks like a custom kitchen. I keep getting complimented on the kitchen.
Actually, when the Granite coutertop installers came in to measure, they mentioned that it didn't look like an IKEA kitchen (the steel braces gave it away.) They were also impressed with how level the kitchen was installed.

Lee Sanchez at LS Kitchen Specialist was professional, creative, flexible and hard working.
He provided solutions and options beyond what was expected.
And he was able to install custom made doors on my IKEA kitchen to make the
whole kitchen look like custom made.

It's a very simple story. We purchased a full Ikea kitchen for a renovation in an old house. Working with Lee we developed a full plan which he created on line, he was patient with our revisions and thoughts, and he advised where he could do custom work to improve the result. Once the plan was completed Lee provided exact instructions for purchase including extra parts for the customization. Following installation, which went incredibly smoothly, Lee returned to the house to tweak a few things and make some final changes as a result of Ikea having delivered some damaged parts.
