We engaged Lee for designing the kitchen. His input wasn't helpful as at the end we found there was no value added to more than what we had planned and designed in mind. I won't recommend for kitchen design as you could do better yourself. Don't waste your time and money.

In your case I feel that my job was done. I arrived on time, I provided my input, knowledge, expertise, vision and more. I am very clear with the services I provide; an IKEA kitchen consultation service that will provide you an IKEA 3D plan, using the IKEA kitchen planner tool.
If your expectations were to get a blue print or a design made by an interior designer or an engineer or an architectural design, you definitely contacted the wrong person. I charge $200.00 for an IKEA 3D plan using the IKEA kitchen planner, a completely different service. I provide a specific service to help homeowners who request my help. I take on any challenge and I am able to help realistic homeowners and guide the unrealistic ones.
Once I arrived to your house I felt unsafe, there were exposed wires, exposed plumbing pipes, no drywall and a load bearing wall was removed. I was in complete shock. I was just hoping that you had applied for all the corresponding building and zoning permits required by the City of Mississauga. And If you did not, you were putting me at risk, you are putting your family and friends at risk and more over you can face penalties from the City of Mississauga; or if you are planning to sale your house you are putting a family at risk. It is very irresponsible. There are houses in the GTA falling down due to irresponsible people who do not obey the regulations stipulated by the city.I did my job: provided you a plan that I thought would fit in your kitchen (based on your requests) and this considering all the obstacles around and the lack of a safety. I did my job and it would have helped me to know your house was under construction, so I would have brought some safety gear.
