I met Keith's Mom on the bus, described my dismay with the front yard, easily the most unattractive on the block, and she recommended her son. How cute, right.
Within a week, my front yard was transformed. The walkway was replaced with multiple shaped rose-tinted blocks, the garden area was surrounded by stones that appeared natural and integral to the area, and plants were strategically distributed throughout the inner space.
I received rave reviews from virtually every friend and neighbour, and 6 years later, the space continues to look vibrant and healthy and balanced.
The experience was easily one of the most pleasant and fun that I've had.

My patio backyard was dismal and it was difficult to get to it from the back of the house. Keith gave excellent advice, listened to what I wanted. The work quality was very good and cost effective. I particularly like the trellises and pergodas he builds.

Keith Evans of Land Effects helped my husband and I complete an on budget, attractive and creative design for our backyard disaster. Many amateur landscape companies walked away from our multi-level, difficult backyard, but not Keith. We found Keith to be very honest and knowledgable in the field. Keith has good connections with many professionals, and so we were able to complete everything from redoing our original Betz gunite pool, to purchasing and planting a beautiful 10 foot Serbian Spruce. Keith also installed beautiful uplights/downlights and recommended the appropriate # needed for our large backyard. We will most definitely be using Keith at 'Land Effects' in the future.

It has been a real pleasure to work with Keith Evans and his friendly "Landeffects" team. The transformation in our garden, on our deck, and in the driveway has been wonderful and is a real pleasure to relax in our rear garden now.
Keith's team completed the landscaping, deck changes, and driveway modifications within the estimated time for the project, and was able to accommodate additional items we wanted as the project progressed. It was a very proffessional and quality job.

We have a very small space at the back of our house that was only used to cook on the BBQ and store our bikes. It was so dismal, but Keith from Land Effects transformed it into a beautiful, serene space that we now practically live in. We absolutely love it!

Keith Evans installed our fiberglass pool last summer, he also made a stone patio and put grass sod in our backyard. He did an excellent job in transforming our backyard in a wonderful outdoor space to spend the summer. He did the whole job in two weeks and we found him very pleasant and easy to deal with. We are very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend land effects to anyone.

After trying for years to fit all of our wants and needs into our tiny back yard, we finally decided to hire a professional designer/landscaper to help us. Since the design was crucial we spent a lot of time up front qualifying Keith Evans to make sure he could & would, do what we wanted. I called references and visited 2 of his projects within a short drive from our home. I was pleased with what I saw. We hired Land Effects after reviewing the final design. He started on time and finished on time and on budget. He also came back a couple of times when we asked him to tweak a couple of things we decided we wanted to change.
