The service techs were friendly, professional and efficient. They explained what they were going to do and the approximate length of time it would take before they started. No hidden costs. And Hot Pepper contacted me two days before the service date to confirm, and followed up with me a few days after the service to ask if I was happy. To me, thats great customer service.

From the initial booking this company provided awesome service. I had to reschedule, due to inclement weather, communitcation and accommodation of new date was spot on. The technicians were courteous and very efficient, arriving on time and finishing in the time frame discussed. In this day and age, it is hard to find good service and I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend Hot Pepper Furnace for anyone requiring HVAC, Furnace or Fireplace Cleaning.

Effective and Quick

Calgary

Cliff was clear and upfront regarding the process. When his crew came on schedule they did exactly as promised and managed to finish in under 2hrs. The final bill came within $15 of initial phone estimate simply because they found more ducts that i was aware of.
No surprises. Satisfied with the work.
