We have used Hot Pepper Furnace & Duct Cleaning for over 10 years. Cliff is very helpful with the bookings and upfront about costs. Yuri the technician is very knowledgeable and honest, doesn't try to upsell you if you don't need it. Highly recommend this company for your furnace and duct cleaning.

Yuri came out (we live very rural) and did a great job! Was on time and took care of everything and walked me through several recommendations and things to work on to improve the system. I've recommended them to several of my neighbors as they do a great job!

We had Hot Pepper Furnace & Duct Cleaning come out to clean our ducts and central vacuum system. The technician was punctual and professional, he did a fantastic job cleaning our furnace and central vac. The air quality in our house is noticeably better.

Recently had my furnace, humidifier and ducts cleaned. The process was seamless and efficient from booking to completion of cleaning. Yuri was fantastic at explaining the whole process from start to finish. He also took time to explain the humidifier to me. First time I have done this (lived in BC before). Phoned and left message at Hot Pepper and received a return call from Cliff very quickly. Laid out the process and the cost. Phoned day before to remind of appointment - young man that came to do the work was fantastic - Yuri. Professional, informative, helpful. There were some things I did not understand on the humidifier and furnace and he explained them and gave us recommendations as to settings/use. Really impressed with Cliff and Yuri - customer service is always key and they delivered. Highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Yuri, the technician, was both pleasant and a hard worker. He briefly explained the what and how and then got straight to work. Afterwards he provided important information regarding my current furnace filters relative to the new A/C install.

They were on time and the service we received was excellent. The two guys who came to do the work gave a very good impression - they value their work, are proud of their work, are knowledgeable, and are genuine and sincere. It was easy to communicate with them as they were quite friendly - no huge egos and not easy to offend as this is our first home and our first time to have this service done - so we had a lot we learned from others and are verifying with them, we had questions and questions and questions.
