I had a few odd jobs that needed completion around my home before winter. Justin arrived on time and completed the tasks in a timely manner. He was courteous and tidied up before he left. I was very happy with the service.

We were referred to OddJobs through another contracting service and found the website interface to be super user friendly, and Robyn - the person on the other side of the customer support email - to be exceptionally helpful and kind, and very prompt in responding to our questions and concerns, and even scheduling our appointment (we waited barely any time to schedule and to have the work completed!). Robyn made everything easy and made me feel like this company truly valued their customers. Alistair, the handyman on site, was efficient, kind, and diligent in his work, and was actively working the entire time he was in the unit. He was also very tidy and ensured to clean up after he had completed the work, especially the drilling. The quality of the work isn't necessarily exceptional, but it's on par with regular household handyman-type jobs (e.g., re-caulking could be cleaner/neater, but it's more than sufficient to do the job!). We appreciated that Alistair communicated with us about how long to wait before using the sinks that were re-caulked as well!

The only MINOR thing that did come up on site was that Alistair didn't seem to have the right drill bit to drill into the concrete wall of our bedroom - he told us that we should have mentioned that the wall was concrete so that he (or whomever it might be next time) could ensure to have the right bits with him. Thankfully he did have one on him but in his vehicle. I wish he hadn't assumed that it was us, as we did mention in our initial consult that the wall in our condo was "drywall over concrete" and it would need to be drilled through. Perhaps better communication on both our parts would have been helpful!

I am a regular user of Oddjob and once again can attest to their great work and commitment to their customers. Getting set up with Odd Jobs was super easy, they have an intuitive online intake form where you upload pictures and they send you a quote. Our technician arrived on time and was polite, clean and did exactly what was required to be done. He brought all the supplies and cleaned the site thoroughly afterward. Looks great, a bit expensive but would recommend for jobs you keep putting off yourself.

We would highly recommend using Odd Job Handyman Services. We used their services to fix caulking in two bathrooms, stabilize a post in a stand-up shower, and repair door edges and latches to allow for proper closure in our condo. Starting with the communications, through the duration of the repairs, the team was professional, efficient, and thorough in their tasks. We will absolutely use Odd Job again the next time we need handyman services.

We’ve used Odd Job for a few small projects around our home. Their service is excellent, their people professional, and the results are always great! Our last project was to prepare our home for the arrival of our newborn. We trusted the professionals at Odd job to help secure items around the home and hang various items! 4 months later my walls have significant damage and are ruined and need to be repaired. I specifically asked if a stud finder was needed and they said no, now my walls are ruined. And I have tried to contact the odd job service and they have been dodging my calls and emails. All I want is a repair and refund for the faulty service

Justin and his team were extremely helpful and results oriented. They are truly transparent in how they calculate prices which are very reasonable. It is so amazing knowing Odd Job Handyman will not decline taking on smaller jobs; I now know who to call for anything I need taken care of in my condo as they are also very efficient in completing the tasks.
