Our old attic stairs support mechanism had broken. The manufacturer supplied replacement parts but it would still not close properly. Justin thoroughly checked out the installation and determined that the replacement parts were actually slightly different than the original ones. He spoke to the US manufacturer while on site. They dont have a proper replacement so we have to replace the stairs but we will have him back to do it. Not his fault but was impressed by him properly diagnosing the issue.
