This company seems neat and nice at first sight. They come and do the job BUT!!! They overcharge they also charge you for items that dont make sense such as extra $65 for a call charge, $25 for consumablesfor attaching two small shelves and one small coat rack they charged me 2.5 hours. So the total came to $300. I wonder if whether this is worth itthink about it first before you make business with them. Above all, see if there are alternatives or if a nice neighbour has a tool and help you. Huuuuge rip off this company is

Thank you for the review. We appreciate that all experiences are represented, and it allows us to showcase our great customer service in action. We understand that your experience was not to your satisfaction however, as you have used our service before you are aware of the service call fee and that yes we do charge for the materials we consume for your project. I understand that we were able to complete al the items on your last to-do list with us without issue, except for the pot rack your provided, which had been opened prior to our arrival and was missing parts. We did attempt with your agreement to hang a pot rack hung with materials we speciality researched and sourced for you. Unfortunately due to the area you wanted the pot rack even with these materials were we unsuccessfully in being able to secure this item to the ceiling for you, it really needed the original parts. I understand this must have been frustrating, which is why you didn't pay your invoice for over a month forcing us to bill you automatically for services rendered.
Please know we are more than happy to return to complete any projects in the future with you as long as it with closed boxes of products.
