Love Your Rug has advertised on line and through mail inserts that they offer a 30% discount for first time customers, but this promotion is misleading at best. Prices quoted on their website are exactly the same as another rug cleaning company (which Love Your Rug owns) yet the other company does not offer any first time promotional discount. I have asked the Love Your Rug customer service staff twice about this but they continue to insist that the pricing on the Love Your Rug website is adjusted for the 30% discount. I have suggested that they might want to look at the other company's website so they could better respond to a customer inquiry but they have not and apparently will not.

There is No other competitor in Canada that offers this high quality level of service and with over 125 years in business. A profound level of service which includes complementary pick up and delivery anywhere in Ontario directly from the customers door and returned within seven days wrapped in 3mm poly for safe shipping and storage.
However, we find that they (competitors ) match prices and give little in return in terms of cleanliness and complete care. Our other company, you've mentioned in your comments, is the in-home service division. Happy to have a discussion with you by phone and at that time we can exchange opinions about each other's competitive businesses Tony.
In the meantime, I'll give you a challenge… Call every single competitor that has price matched us and ask to visit their facility that is if they have one. Please let us know your findings
