It was definitely a 10 out of 10 for everything: the team's professionalism, personalities, workmanship, experience, communication, honesty, and our overall experience.
To be more specific: 1) Sean and his team are very nice people to deal with in general. They are just honest, respectful, attentive to details, accommodating, hardworking, and have years and years of experience. 2) Sean was able to recommend and advise on things that no one from a few other contractors we had spoken with ever thought of mentioning to us. He could spot and address details in seconds that nobody else even bothered on pointing out to. 3) The guys are flexible, tactful and simply listen to the client - they are not robots who just come in and do their job without thinking/caring much. 4) The work started as agreed upon and the team showed up every day (without any excuses or made up stories and despite not very relaxing weather conditions) and stayed longer hours. 5) They were diligent, punctual and made sure no mess was left behind. 6) We consider ourselves tough customers, knowing what we want and spotting imperfections really quick but I cannot say we could find anything unsatisfactory. 7) The team was able to handle some tricky areas around the house that nobody from our other quotes agreed on handling.
