After a poor first take, I received excellent customer service when rectifying the work undertaken to my bath. I really appreciated the speed with which the matter was dealt with (especially over the holidays) and the professionalism shown by Effi and the company. Ash, the gentleman who redid the tub, was a pleasure to deal with and put me at ease from the start. He did a wonderful job and is a true asset to Dr Tubs.
