Needed to come and fix after initial spray, got area around sprayed as well
Started well,contractor touched up a section that was very visible with a Qtip and needed to come again,all the smell, accommodation, and inconvenience and a "sorry", however, the other half of money withdrawn from my credit card without notifying. Didn't even suggest some $$ off for the inconvenience. On top of that, the shiny tub spout and valve were not covered and are not sprayed with tiny white dots. I am rather unhappy with the service and won't recommend. Hope the warranty is legit.

Thank you for your review, however unfair. Our technician may have knicked the tub when reglazing and tried to repair it, but repairing while the tub is still wet is nearly impossible. We sent the tech back the next business day to do the minor touchup and all was great.
The little bit of overspray that may have occurred can be easily removed with a little paint thinner, or we could have sent him back to clean it up.
Regarding the second payment, it was discussed verbally (and in the quotation that was sent over) - balance due once the work is complete. Dr Tub Reglazing will, and has always stood behind our 2yr warranty for the past 12 years. Enjoy your newly reglazed tub.
