Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Oakville

Although I had a few issues post installation, the services team worked well and had a crew come out twice to correct. I can say now that I am very happy with both the sales and the after sales service I received from WindowTech.

It's very unfortunate to hear your concerns in regards to the workmanship preformed a few months ago. This kind of miscommunication is very rare in our company. We'd like to apologize and we're currently doing our best to send our installation crew right away to fix the issue. As you may know the service is already scheduled for today and everything will be remedied asap.

Windows and front door replacement

We chose Windowtech for their knowledge and expertise. Mike and the installers were top notch. We are disappointed, however, as we have had a few issues with the doors and windows and it is now virtually impossible to reach anyone, including Mike, for help. The front door was fixed, but we still have major drafts from some windows in the front room. Pre-sales was a 10/10 and why we chose WindowTech. Post sales at this time is a dissapointment but we still hope to have everything fixed in the short term.
