This is the second time that we have used VCS Aluminum. This speaks to the confidence I have in the work that Vitaly does. Our soffits were damaged by a recent wind storm. One panel fell off and another was half off. Vitaly came out the next evening and secured the soffit that was partially off. He then came back the following day at the agreed time and re-installed the panel that had fallen off. Vitaly does excellent work at a reasonable price. The soffit was in a very difficult position to access. Not only did Vitaly do the work that we had discussed, but he made sure that other panels were secure. He did not charge extra for this. Vitaly obviously takes pride in his work, this combined with a reasonable cost, a high level of expertise, reliability and a friendly personality makes me a very satified repeat customer. I gave VCS Aluminum a challenging job. I asked them to finish a garage with all sorts of unusual angles. I don’t think the structure has a single straight line. It was built by a previous owner and has had various improvements and modifications done to it over the years. So there was nothing standard about it.

I had my eavestroughs and gutters replaced. 1960s, semi, backsplit, about 1800 sqf, one afternoon's work for VCS. It thunderstormed the same night, everything worked flawlessly. That's what I call good craftsmanship. VCS definitely has my endorsement.

When I contacted Vitaliy for an estimate for eavestroughs replacement, he came to my house within two hours. Although he is only the second person I contacted, he seemed very nice, sincere and trustworthy. He also gave me a very reasonable quote for the service. I decided to look no further. He and his friend Tim started the work immediately and in less than two days the job was done. I am very satisfied with their work, they cleaned up well and took their garbage with them after. Vitaliy also pointed out to me some other concerns that I was not even aware of about my house ie. the badly damaged chimney which is not visible to me from the front of the house. He took pictures of it for me from the top of the roof and sent them to me so that I have pictures to show to estimators for repair/replacement. He also wants to guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring that I call him if I have any problems with the eavestroughs. I've only known Vitaliy for few days but I felt comfortable with him because of his friendly, professional and caring nature. I highly recommend him and you won't regret it.

Our experience with VCS aluminum was an extremely positive one. Vitaliy was one of five quotes we received for vinyl siding and insulation (1200 sq. feet) along with eavestrough, soffit and fascia replacement and redirection on our semi-detached home.

Not only did Vitaliy provide insight and recommendations before the project was underway but he also provided his expertise during the project as well. Most impressive was the amount of “add-ons” he included; for example, the takedown of our wooden gazebo. While his quote was in the mid-range, with the inclusion of the add-ons, his quote could be considered on the lower end. VCS aluminum also used higher rated R-Value insulation then some of the other quotes. The project took a couple weeks to complete, but their crew did an excellent job in cleaning up their mess every evening.
