When I contacted Vitaliy for an estimate for eavestroughs replacement, he came to my house within two hours. Although he is only the second person I contacted, he seemed very nice, sincere and trustworthy. He also gave me a very reasonable quote for the service. I decided to look no further. He and his friend Tim started the work immediately and in less than two days the job was done. I am very satisfied with their work, they cleaned up well and took their garbage with them after. Vitaliy also pointed out to me some other concerns that I was not even aware of about my house ie. the badly damaged chimney which is not visible to me from the front of the house. He took pictures of it for me from the top of the roof and sent them to me so that I have pictures to show to estimators for repair/replacement. He also wants to guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring that I call him if I have any problems with the eavestroughs. I've only known Vitaliy for few days but I felt comfortable with him because of his friendly, professional and caring nature. I highly recommend him and you won't regret it.
