A Full Deck

Provided close to $10K deposit to purchase wood to do hardwood floors in entire home - no small job. Estimated install date came and went now just excuses so have demanded refund back. Contacted hardwood supplier and wood not even purchased with the deposit! Have asked for a refund of deposit and will not return calls or emails. Sent 2 text msgs and promised money but still not received as of today. This contractor came highly referred to me, had seen his work and was very responsive at the outset but wish I had read the other comments because sounds like this isn't the first time he's done this. Untrustworthy.

Hired full deck to build a deck last fall. Project did not get completed he is unresponsive to calls and emails. Agreed to refund deposit but ignores calls and emails. Saw on home stars another individual who had signed on in August and for the life of me cannot understand why he would take on my project and give me a two week start date when August projects were outstanding and winter approaching.

Hired Matt Hepplestone to build a deck at my home in August, supplied a 5K requested deposit for materials. Have been deliberately misled and ignored. Have requested my deposit back, no word.

Had Matt come in and he installed our man door and a set of stairs leading into the garage in the rough in location left by the builder. He and his crew finished the Job in one day and cleaned up after themselves. My wife was at home while the work happend and when i arrived, everything was to my liking except the stairs which were slightly to big. He promptly sent his crew back and fixed the issue. We had him do other smaller jobs, but he is not the best with technology and on occassion hard to get a hold of.

Brilliant design, and really easy to work with. Have recommended Matt to others and each one speak very highly of him. Will likely look to him to finish the basement as well.
