We had sewage odour coming from our main floor washroom. Turns out the previous owners did not have a gasket correctly installed. Jay did a quick job finding the problem and corrected the issue. We also called the company on a Sunday morning and Jay came the same afternoon. Great turnaround.

I had a leak in my 1st floor ceiling and there was toilet right above it and our guess was the toilet was leaking so we made inquiry on Home Stars. We got a call almost immediately and a visit to our home was made to assess the situation. The toilet was disassembled completely and it was found that the toilet seal was broken. We were asked to buy the toilet seal and that the plumber would be back to install it. We were unsure of what type of toilet seal to buy as we have no clue about the toilets so we call numerous times and never got a response back. I had a toilet in my tub and hole in bathroom floor for a week before it was fixed. They went AWOL and charged me $255.

Robert from Rooter Man helped me fix a leak that had sprung in a second-floor bathroom. I called first thing in the morning and he was by in the early-afternoon. After arriving, he quickly assessed the issue and warned me that we would likely need to cut a hole in the ceiling to trace the problem. With everything he did, he presented the issue and discussed our options with me. I initially thought the problem was the tub, but it ended up being the toilet, which was improperly installed. He presented more options, indicated what each option would cost, and described the consequences of each. He was honest and professional throughout the afternoon, and set me up with a solid fix with the parts he had available in his truck. We're quite pleased!

I hired RooterMan GTA to waterproof my home and install a sump pump and backwater valve. I was very impressed with the detailed walkthrough Stefan did of my basement and outside during his initial visit. He was able to provide a quote immediately and walked me through the scope of the project in detail. We had a series of broken drain pipes and our out flow was about 25% of what it should be.
We had a small flood and the boys at rooter figured out the problem and fixed it completely in 3 days.
Lots of huge holes and many feet of new PVC pipe was needed.

The work spaces were always left clean and the water was turned back on every evening. We could still live in our house.

Same day availability, arrived during scheduled time slot, wore appropriate PPE, work was done quickly, very professional technicians. Suggested additional services to address water pressure issues but did not pressure us to do these extra services.
