Replacement of pipes faucet in bathroom and kitchen. Installation of cupboard surround in bathroom. Job completed was very clean and proffessional. I would highly recommend!

There was a leak down at my basement and a plumber from Rooterman GTA came and helped me to call an restoration company to deal with the water damage issue and another wonderful plumber to point out the exact spot where the leak was happening and fixed the problem. They were professional and fixed the problem quickly. I saved $5000 which I almost spent if I haven’t got a second opinion from them!!

Robert was very conscientious and friendly to work with. Would recommend him as a professional to anyone looking for a plumber in the downtown area of Toronto!

They did an excellent and neat job digging up the front lawn and through our finished basement to replace the main drain that was damaged by tree roots. The plumbers were polite, clean and efficient. 10/10 would use them again and recommend them to anyone!

My kitchen sink drain was clogged. I called the Rooter-Man GTA to fix it. They sent Alex to my home and he tried different methods to fix the drain. Finally he fixed the drain in a professional manner. I highly recommend this company to others.

We had our basement drain back up. I called at 12:00pm and spoke with Lisa who was able to shuffle schedules and get us an opening between 3:00 and 5:00pm the same day. The Plumber Robert arrived just after 3:00 and was very professional and friendly with my wife, he took the time to explain what he was doing and where the problems were. Instead of letting my wife put me on the phone with Robert, he went over everything with her and made sure that she understood what was happening so she could explain it to me herself.

Both my wife and I were very impressed with Robert's thoroughness and the fact he took the time to educate instead of rushing to get the job done. Being new to Toronto, I now wont have to hesitate when trying to find a plumber in the future because Robert and Rooter-Man will always be my first call.

I had the urgency of replacing a toilet for my rental unit. Alex was professional and guided me on purchasing the new toilet. He installed it with no issues. He was polite and I could tell he was an expert at completing the job. Area of work was kept clean at all times. Superb job! Had a block in the kitchen sink. They fixed it quick and even cleaned under the sink. I will not use anyone else again.

Alex did a great job! He even gave us advice to prevent further problems. He also tightened the drain basket.
