Looking for a back flow valve, I called Rooter Man based on what I found on their website. Mike came out to the job and said I would need two back flow valves. Job was done and paid for, when I was inspecting and found out that the second back flow valve served no purpose. It was a dead end pipe! I called Mike he came back, inspected, agreed that the second one should have never been installed, agreed to refund me but had to ok it with his boss.
I did not receive a call back so I have been trying to contact him, the office and the owner for 8 weeks and have been ignored. They were prompt before and during the job, but now won't return any calls. This is terrible business to day they least and I would not trust any of them.
So I have to question if it was a mistake or if they do this knowingly?(installing and charging for unnecessary things)!
So in short; FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER!! DONT CALL ROOTER MAN!! DONT TRUST MIKE OR BARRY!
I welcome anyone from Rooter Man to resolve this!!
