Water Pressure Shortage in Multi-Use Building
Tenants were reporting a loss of water on a older building with an office on the bottom floor. The man from Rooter-Man arrived in a very timely fashion on Family Day and diagnosed a potential fix to the problem.
He was professional and knowledgeable and gave advice on dealing with the City to get the water turned off in order to replace the connection valve between the building and the city.
After replacing the valve, the water in the building has never been better. If that did not fix the problem, he was ready to come back but it turned out that it did fix the issue so the crisis has be solved.
