Moving from Ontatio to Alberta
When Troy was finished with our move, our belongings were 2 weeks late and there was not a single item that was not damaged. Everyone of our boxes looked like it had been thrown off the truck and crushed.
We were extremely disappointed and had thousands of dollars in damages. Troy promised to come good, six months later we were offered $75.00.
Stay far away from this moving company!!!

Dear Sandra,
Thank you for your recent move with Troy Moving and Storage. Based on our records, the goods were delivered within the time frame that was contracted with a small delay of a day. The goods were scheduled to depart on the end of July truck and ETA was quoted at 5-12 days. The goods arrived on time and were delivered to on August 15th, 2011. The goods were not delayed by 2 weeks.
Also, there are some minor damages that were noted at the time of delivery, and accepted the claim and processed it. Based on the lack of coverage, there was no eligibility for a refund, however we still offered a compensation. We would like to be able to address your concerns and we appreciate your business.
