We inherited a moldy bathroom basement from the previous owner of our home (who painted over the mould during home inspections!). We were devastated and assumed we were going to spend a ton of money that, as new home owners, we didn’t have.
Tony responded to our emails immediately and came by within days. He could have easily
capitalized on our anxiety and gotten himself a bathroom renovation project that could have let
to an expensive basement mess, but instead he gave us cheap and easy suggestions that have at least
temporarily solved the problem. Maybe even long term.
I highly recommend Tony! He’s extremely knowledgeable and experienced and on top of all that, he’s a really likeable guy!
