Distinct Home Inspections

We recently purchased an older home in Erin, Ontario and Marco Ramos was our home inspector. He did an absolutely wonderful job of taking us through the home and explaining everything in depth. He also took his time and made sure that he looked at every single detail, rather than rushing through the inspection. When the inspection was finished, he sat with us and explained everything in the report, with pictures included. He is an absolutely wonderful home inspector and I would recommend his to anyone!
