Marco walked us throughout the entire property, showing us not only what needed to be fixed over the extensive three hours, but what we could do in the future to increase the value of our new home. His background knowledge of carpentry and home building allowed him the ability to answer any questions we had. He was informative and spoke in a language even a first time home buyer would understand. I would highly recommend him.
