I called Marco for an inspection prior to purchasing my home in Brampton. The first phone call went exceptionally well compared to all of the other places that I called. He was knowledgeable, polite and even pointed out other questions that I forgot or didn't know to ask.
When I arrived at the inspection, Marco was already there scoping out the neighborhood and was able to give a comparison of my home compared to the others. During the inspection he was thorough, answering all of my questions and giving me tips on things to fix and update in the future.
