Chris responded to my email within an hour and came out to have a look at the problem at the agreed upon time. He initially believed that the repair would require the replacement of a part (sprocket) but he spent about 20 minutes evaluating the issues and was confidently able to repair the opener without a new sprocket. He even strengthened the chain, did some maintenance and clearly cared about doing the best job possible.
