Warren, Steve and Herbie are truly incredible! We connected with them to remove areas of old tile, lay hardwood and refinish existing hardwood and we could not be happier with the work. Warren was kind, knowledgeable and personable and worked with me patiently to address my needs within my budget. Once the work began, their meticulous attention to detail was immediately evident in the way they addressed every gap/corner/transition. They were very experienced in every aspect. For example, in order to address gaps in our 50 year old baseboards they worked with a millworker to recreate the baseboards and fill the gaps which saved me from having to replace all of the baseboards. They were also extremely careful about dust barriers and cleanliness knowing that we had young children in the house.

The standout experience came when I ran into an issue with a contractor bailing on me for my kitchen reno that was happening simultaneously with the flooring. I turned to Warren and he immediately helped me to navigate the situation and got his connections in the next day to help me complete the project. I am so grateful for them going way above and beyond to help turn our house into a home!!

We were lucky enough to stumble across Warren and Steve from Premier Flooring after a very unfortunate incident in our condo unit which resulted in significant water damage. We needed to replace the laminate floors throughout our entire unit. It was a stressful time so finding the right people to do the job was our main priority. My wife and I placed all of our trust in these guys and we are extremely happy to say they did not disappoint! I work for a delivery company and one of our teams damaged a customer's hardwood flooring when bringing in the appliances inside that they ordered and really scratched up the floor.
Contacted Warren and he responded to me in less then 24 hours through Homestars and went to the customers and did the assessment and gave me a quote and it was the best quote I had been given. He was very efficient an explained everything that would need to be done and a much less price with higher quality material then the other quotes I received.

Will continue to use Warren for any other damages that may occur in the future with our delivery teams.

I am 100% satisfied with the services that Premier Flooring Ltd. provided. I needed to replace the carpet in my home to get it ready for selling. Warren (Senior Design Consultant/Lead Estimator) gave me a great quote, with lots of advice on colour, texture, etc. His quote was quick, accurate (no bs where they up the price midway through the work) and the work was performed in record time. His workers were polite, efficient, and respectful of my home. They ripped out the old carpet, replaced it with INCREDIBLE, plush carpet (seriously - it feels like you're walking on a cloud) and removed the materials, leaving me amazed and ready to relax. They do more than just floors too! I am in a new house now and am in Warren's very capable hands for all of my renos. Go with this company - you will not be disappointed!

PFG refinished the original floors in our 1950s house and laid new flooring in the basement. Excellent service, work, and communication. Super friendly and on time to the minute! Will absolutely work with PFG as soon as the next opportunity arises.

We have got Premier Trim to refinish our kitchen floor in our and farm house and they did a great job. The floor was worn in places and some boards went up or down from the level over the years, but now it is all nicely flat and looking like new.
