Purchased Kentwood flooring from Rowan. Taped down rolled paper to protect floor and taped it to hold it down with masking tape. When I removed the paper and tape, the masking tape took the finish off.
Visited and called Rowan about the issue, they would call back. No call back. This product has a 50 year warranty on it but Rowan is not willing to do the service to honour this. Called Kentwood, they said your have to go through the retailer. Not getting anywhere. My advice go with a different retailer.
Still waiting for a call back Rowan!!
