We had our roof done last September worst job ever when is rains the shingle are losing there rocks , there are exposed nails we got 50 year shingles and after a year I would have be better to keep the old ones when we complained about our issues they told us we just wanted stuff for free I didn't want it for free just done right and it was not. they left a big mess and took me 4 hours to clean it up but said I was only looking for things so we decided to get a second opinion cause maybe were looking to much into it ........we were not they could not believe the job that was done I'm still finding nails on the ground. Ryan was good in the beginning when he want the job then turned drastically and called us names very unprofessional so everyone else that was satisfied you were lucky. This costly mistake will haunt me for the rest of my life

We have tried on numerous occasions to contact HomeStars to validate the above review.
As you have chosen to post under a private user, we have reviewed every job completed last year at the time you said we did your roof and have no record of the accounts you claim in your review.
I have personally contacted the only "Debbie" that had her roof done around the same time and she assured us that she is very satisfied with her roof and still gets complements on it and would be happy to post a review as such if we required.
We have contacted GAF to see if any warranty claims have been filed and have once again come up empty handed.
