I will never, ever, deal with these people again. We built a cabin utilizing over $10,000 worth of product from Stone Concept. Great selection and product. HOWEVER, we were a little short of corner pieces. My contractor ordered enough stone to finish the job, and, in the interest of time, asked me to go to town and pick it up. I did so, and noted that it was a full crate. I commented to the front desk guy that it seemed like a lot, to which he responded, "Well, that's what your contractor ordered." My contractor said, "Wow. That's a lot of stone. I guess they got the order wrong." We used about 20 pieces from the crate. When I went to return the rest of the crate, I was informed that "Stone Concept does not accept returns." I brought the stone back anyway, and asked them to inspect it and reconsider, since it had barely been touched. 6 months later, they still refused. I asked them for credit, they refused. I finally went back to pick it up, telling them I'd rather take it to the dump than let them have it, to which they responded, we don't have that particular crate, but we'll give you another crate of the same stuff. I said, "Why don't you give me credit, so that I can get stone from you that I can actually use on my next project?" Nope. I have another project coming up, and I can assure you I will move heaven and earth to make sure I never, ever deal with these bozos again.
