Devonte and Jonny did a great job. Very professional and friendly. They were ontime. I highly reocommend their great services. That's why I asked them to move the stuff of my parents house to new apartment. They have strong positive attitude no matter how tire they are. Devonte and his team did a great job for our Move. They know their business and work really hard to do the move as fast as possible. We had so much stuff that we had to do the move in two trips but still were able to finish it in less than 8 hours. I highly recommend him and would call him for sure for my next move. One thing that I personally liked as well was that there was no hidden fee and he charged us exactly what he told us before.

We were very pleased to have selected Around Town to move our daughter into her apartment. From the initial contact to the end of the move, Devonte was terrific. He was professional and efficient. Extremely personable, he was willing to do anything to make the move successful. Our move included multiple stops for pickup and delivery. Devonte and J worked very hard to ensure that everything was done well and in a timely fashion. I would definitely use them again for another move.

I had what turned out to be a difficult move. Not too much stuff, but the new place didn't allow the guys to park very close, and it had a LOT of stairs (four sets, three of them narrow and twisty). We started late, due to the people the guys moved before me not being able to get their keys on time. This was out of the movers' control and not their fault at all. Devonte let me know about the situation in advance and even gave me a discount to make up for it.

It ended up being a long night; the guys worked quickly and efficiently under tough conditions--for seven hours straight. They finished at 3am. Even after such a long day, they were completely professional and hard-working the entire time. I was really, very impressed. Nothing broken, no hidden fees--just a job well done, and for a very reasonable price. I am so glad I chose these guys; I kept thinking how badly it could have turned out if I had hired another company that wasn't as capable, determined and professional as Devonte and his partner. On top of this, I was called a few days after the move to make sure everything was fine and to offer to come by and help (free of charge), if I needed anything heavy moved to another part of the house.

You should definitely call them if you need to move. I promise you will not be disappointed.

These guys are amazing! Devonte and his crew were fast, friendly, efficient and professional throughout my move. They worked quickly and without complaint during a hot, humid day on the Canada Day long weekend, handling tight stairways, narrow streets, and my large collection of books and bookshelves. They even managed to haul my heavy mattress up and over the third story balcony to my bedroom -- nicely wrapped, of course, to keep it clean and safe. There were no scratches or damage to either apartment, or to any of my belongings.

I will absolutely use Around Town for my next move, and will be recommending them to all my friends. Great work, guys! Thank you!!

I called Devonte to move a refridgerator and table from North York to Broadview and Queen. He was here the very next day. Polite, on time and very personable, he and his partner easily moved the items to their truck. The receiver on the other end called me an hour later and said "Where did you get these guys? They were great!" They moved the fridge into her kitchen and moved her old fridge out to the door for Hydro pick up. Cost was reasonable and I will definitely use them again!

We really liked the fact that they were willing to help with every aspect of the move, starting from ensuring that all items (large or small) were wrapped properly, were safely transported to the new house without even a single scratch and disassemble everything with utmost care and efficiency at the same time.

We moved from our two bedroom condo to a town house on May 22/2011. We booked with Around Town Moving two weeks prior and on moving day the movers showed up early and had the truck packed with all our stuff in just under 4 hrs. We had been quoted an approximate 7hrs for our move. These guy got us moved in 6hrs. I was very happy with how they wrapped and handled our furniture. When off loading they ask where we wanted each item. I found this company to be better than the last one we used buy far and the movers where very polite and helpful. Thank you Around Town Movers we would not hesitate to use you again.

Devonte and Jomoy did an excellent job last Friday cleaning out my storage locker and moving it to my new location. It may not sound like much, but it wasn't the average locker. It was probably 4 tons of a massive record and book collection. Granted it was already boxed, but Devonte stacked and and strapped it for zero slippage during the transport. It was tied in perfectly. It was done for a great rate and within the allotted time. Perfect with no surprises. I am hiring him again to move to my new rental. I will try to keep the review updated. My further adventures will include a furniture pick up and a whole house move. Wish us luck. I am a repeat customer because I totally trust them and they did a great job.
