Neil recently installed a ceiling fan and light in our bedroom. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected, but Neil spent many hours ensuring it was done to perfection -- with no extra charges added. We were grateful to come home to a job well done, all of the packaging carefully put away, and the manuals and instructions left out for easy reference. Neil is a true professional. A large limb came off our elm tree and pulled the electrical wiring from the house. We called Neil on an emergency basis and he came right over to assess the situation. He tried to find the necessary parts but it was late in the day and the tree service still hadn't cleared away the debris so he agreed to come back the next morning and do the repairs. Although he had other clients booked, he made time to come and restore our power and did an excellent job! He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He went the extra mile to help us out and I would highly recommend this company.

Neil called to make appointment and after explaining the situation he suggested I pick up an led replacement.

Neil was on time, very polite, efficient and cost effective. Our job was very small for him, fixing the floor heating thermostat and installing a mobile operated switch for the front light.
