After over $100k spend, 1 year later the project is still not complete. They do not respond to our queries of 'when is this going to be done?'. An entire summer, our yard was filled with nails, piles of concrete. We have kids, the entire summer was a construction site. They never clean up at the end of the day. At least all of the work they have done as been done wrong. The work is shoddy. They leave the site in a dangerous state. If you pushed on the top deck posts, the glass would fall out!!

One year later, they are no where to be found. And our family is living with an incomplete deck.

If you have a large project, look elsewhere.

Ordered 400$ worth of products, but had to wait for 8 hours for delivery. estimated second Load in the day came at 4 o’clock as supposed to be around 12-1 noon. Horrible experience. Would never order from them again. Expensive products + poor service + disrespectful manager!

BEWARE: CLS may damage your vehicle during loading! CLS caused ~$5k of damage to my vehicle and deny all liability as they claim “Load at your own risk”. Obviously, I was not the one performing the loading. Why would anyone allow them to load their vehicles if they knew this was the risk? Their words: “this sort of marking is not uncharacteristic of gravel loading when small truck boxes like yours are loaded with bulk gravels”. It is quite surprising that the amount of paint chips to both the bed of my vehicle, and damage to the rear glass of my truck is ‘not uncharacteristic’ and acceptable to them. What I found most disappointing, is they were completely unapologetic. In my opinion this company has negligent/improperly trained operators and clearly has no empathy for their customers or good ethical standards.

We were trying to match rock we had in the yard already and with help from the person on the phone we settled on one that was very close to the old. That was fine with us. They also helped with quantity and were bang on. Delivery was on time with the bag dropped exactly where we wanted. No complaints at all.

CLS Landscape Supply is a JOKE!
This company has an AMAZING sales team who will completely understand and delivery your project desires in a 3D conceptual design. However when the construction team shows up they literally have no idea of the project scope...and they WILL NOT ask you for clarification, they will wait for you to speak up.

The other problem I have had with CLS is the constant lip service regarding schedules. At the beginning of the project they had told us that they would kick off the project in June however they started in SEPTEMBER! As a result the trees planted had transplant shock going into winter and were badly damaged come spring. We were told the trees will recover but their shape has been affected due to the damage.

We downsized houses and were looking for a maintenance free front yard that looked good, and had curb appeal. We contacted Cochrane Landscape Supply, after having work completed by them in our previous yard. We were very happy with the rockscape front yard, the job was completed on time, and on budget. From the quoting to completion of the job everything was handled very professionally. The staff was courteous and cleaned up behind themselves. They turned up when they said they would, completed the job quickly, cleaned up afterselves we are very happy with the work and would highly recommend them.

We dealt with this company a couple weeks ago. They were very professional and gave us a fair price. They showed up when they said they were going to and finished the project quicker than anticipated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for good work.

Terrible. Nonexistent communication. No supervision. Unable to do things correctly and hope you don't notice. End up having to do things over a number of times. Remarkably unprofessional. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

We've bought rocks and bark mulch from this company in the past and thought we'd look to them to do some landscaping in our back yard. BIG mistake. Communication with their office in simply trying to get a quote took weeks, with us constantly having to call them back to remind them that we were waiting for a quote. When they finally set a date for the job, nobody showed up, and they didn't call. Once the guys did come out, they didn't even bother to knock on the door to let us know they were here. They got the work done (which turned out well), but didn't communicate with us at all. There was a huge pile of dirt that needed to be removed from our back yard and they said they'd come back to get it another day, but even after 2 or 3 calls, they just ignored us. Terrible, terrible customer service! We don't recommend these guys. Very frustrating to deal with.
