I found Tom very responsive and taking his time to explain the whole process in details. If you are new with home inspection you are in safe hands. He was right on time and inspect throughly. During inspection he walked us through his finding and ensure that we understand. We got report at same day which was in detail with explanations and pictures. I would recommend him to anyone looking for home inspection.
