Tom was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive to my initial questions and was at our new property before I even got there. He walked me through the different stages of his inspection showing me the things that he was doing and looking for in our new home while always asking if I had any questions. He provided me with a very detailed report by the promised time. It was a very stress free process for me and I really appreciate that.
