Home Inspection and Infrared Scan
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My husband and I had put an offer on a home and required a house inspection to complete the deal. I found Clearview through HomeStars and I'm so happy and grateful that I did. Right from our first phone call, Tom was courteous and professional; he ensured that I understood all their services and the differences between them. As described by others, Tom was early for the home inspection, he was very knowledgeable and patient; he encouraged us to ask questions throughout the inspection and to contact him if we had more questions after the inspection. The report that we received in the evening was comprehensive, detailed and well organized. In the end, we decided not to buy the house due to issues that was uncovered including a leaking basement and 2nd floor washroom, The 2nd floor washroom leak would not have been detected without the infrared scan. We will definitely be hiring Clearview for our next home inspection - it is well worth the money.
