Home Inspection and Infrared Camera Scan
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Tom did a terrific job on the home inspection and was very thorough, finding many defects. He not only identifies the various issues but also explained why the items needed to be addressed and by when. Tom's report was comprehensive and included the digital and infrared pictures and issued the same day. Believe it or not, my husband said it was "money well spent"!
