I have been calling Ted for many years now when I need rental property carpets cleaned. He does an excellent job and very responsive.
I also have him come out when my residence carpet needs cleaning and trust him fully.
On the last job I had issues where the carpet must have been extra dirty so once it dried there were still marks. He came out at no charge and made it right.
