Tega Homes - No Longer in Business

Worst builder ever. Poor workmanship; no sound insulation; lousy after sales service; bought a lemon at 682 Churchill. The only decent part of it all is they are fairly generous with upgrades. But not worth it in the end.

Stay away from Tega.

I purchased a condo from them, on the positive side the finishing of it is fairly competitive. The workmanship is very poor, repair appointments were mostly met, but some people were very late. Hell they even moved walls without telling me. Its 3 month after the last warranty claim and they still didn't do some of the work. Building itself is very poor quality, services that sign you with are all small overpriced companies, they will not reply to emails and will always try to rip you off. If you on the market, go with someone better, these guys should not be in business of building houses!!! I would never recommend them anyone I know!

I bought a condo from this developper and it has been a nightmare since day 1. They have missed so many deadlines, the quality of their workmanship is poor, the missed multiple closing dates and for notified me on the day of closing that they had not completed the unit. The unit was given to me many things missing or deficient and many details were missed. I would not recommend this builder or their contractors to anyone.

they were mostly on time for appointments. Some people were On time always, and some weren't. I did have them come back to fix a few things and they weren't as on time for these appointments. They were always clean and kept everything tidy
