Install of new Furnace Air Conditioner Filter Humidifier
Was referred to Reliance (Edmonton) from a previous customer, and I had at least as good an experience as they did! The install was scheduled 36 hours from when we agreed to the terms. Three installers showed up when they said they would, and were very friendly. Aaron, Mark I, and Drew are welcome back anytime (though I likely won't need to see them for many years to come, since the install went great).
Installed was a Lennox SLP98V, XC17, icomfort Wi-Fi, HC16, Pulse humidifier, and water transfer pump. Total time they were here was 6 hours - during which they never slacked off, and did a better job than I could have asked.
If there is one thing that I appreciate highly it's polite, efficient, friendly customer service - the six individuals I've spoken with at Reliance (Edmonton) have fit that bill, and I have many friends references confirming the same.
Don't hesitate, phone Reliance Edmonton, you won't regret it.

- In this social day and age, I would recommend having an online photo/video review from previous customers on their website - where someone like myself could take images/videos of their work to review exactly what they do, how they do it, and what it will look like... I would certainly be willing to contribute for the excellent job they did!
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Do your homework and read reviews (like this) from all companies in your area. Also consult all your family/friends/etc for their experiences. Some companies might charge you less or more depending on a variety of factors, but you always get what you pay for, and if some deal is a VERY good deal, there is likely a reason for it.
