I don't really like their service, they are late and the workmanship was not really that good, they charge a bit higher than others. they left a lot of things for us to clean up afterward

I recently purchased a home that contained a fridge and stove older than I am and knew they had to be replaced. After some browsing, we decided to go with Home Depot, as they offered free home delivery, which was a must as someone who didn't have a car. The fridge arrived within a week, as expected, and the gentlemen who delivered it were friendly and professional.

I had some trouble with my stove however. This was recently after the flooding in Highriver and my stove didn't show up for three weeks. I finally had to call in and ask why it wasn't delivered and received a little run-around from the people I talked to before I finally managed to find someone in Appliances who actually cared enough to look into and who realized my stove had been collecting dust in the warehouse. It was delivered two days later and once again, the men delivering it were very professional and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience, but depending on who answers the phone when you call (if they answer at all that is), the level of service you receive can dramatically vary.

Very helpful staff and available in there dept to be found. Enjoy shopping here as they always have someone in and there prices are very good and competitive. Line ups are never a problem.

Spruce grove location has knowledgable staff and great prices for paint and supplies the customer service overall is great with a emphasis on consumer satisfaction It would be beneficial for them to expand their paint and stain lines to match the Edmonton locations as that is the biggest downfall that I notice when buying locally

I love the customer Service and got great help with getting our kitchen table home to our house. I love this store a lot. I would tell other people to shop here then other Home Depots.

Home depot has a very efficient team on hand at all times for all departments. We can trust they will provide us with information and direction to the products we need to be successful in our home. We have purchased appliances that have lasted for years through home depot, and any problems they are quick to rectify.

We needed to pick up some top soil and grass seed for our front lawn. The lady in the garden center was extremely helpful with product knowledge and some insightful tips that she herself used last year. A great experience over all!

We bought wooden flooring from home depot. They helped us loaded to our truck.we got it done our flooring.but we returned the left over without the receipt they still took it back and give us left over money on gift card.

Paint costs were on average. Supplies were on average. Selection was not as great as Rona, the other store I've shopped at for home renovations.Although the Customer Service at the Strathcona location was great. Very helpfull staff & very friendly.

I needed part for my basement renos. The employees were very helpful and knowledgable in all their products and services. I could not have been happier were all the help that was given to me to help me finish my basement in a cost efficient way
