Very difficult to deal with. The movers themselves were nice enough and quick, although they did charge us extra for "heavy items" like a small IKEA Expedit shelf that I've moved with the help of my boyfriend before (I'm 5'0" by the way). But I got a quote from them ahead of time, which said they would only charge me a one-way travel fee, and they ended up charging me double that. When I spoke to the manager, he agreed that it was a mistake and said he'd write a cheque for the difference. It never came, and after ~6 months of phoning them (to get the money back, out of principle), having them pass me around to many different people at the company and always saying they'd get back to me but never actually returning my calls, still no sign of reimbursement. Just frustrating and not worth the stress. If they're this difficult about a little issue, imagine if there's a problem that would actually take effort on their part... Pick another company!
